My name is Tetiana, and I’m the founder of GoShineUp Cleaning — a Ukrainian-owned, family-run cleaning company serving Oakland County, Michigan. For me, cleaning has always been more than a job. I started working in the cleaning industry years ago, long before GoShineUp Cleaning officially came to life. At first, it was just me — visiting homes, doing every job by hand, and building relationships with clients who appreciated my dedication and detail-oriented approach. None of this would run so smoothly without my husband and co-founder, Mykola Tkachuk. While I lead our cleaning standards and hands-on quality, Mykola is the driving force behind our operations and growth — making sure every part of the business runs seamlessly, from scheduling and client communication to building the systems that let our team deliver reliable, five-star service across Oakland County.
Mykola’s focus is simple: to make working with us effortless for every client. He oversees our bookings, coordinates our cleaners, and constantly looks for ways to improve how we serve homes and businesses throughout Waterford, Troy, Birmingham, Auburn Hills, and the wider Oakland County area. For him, growth is never just about doing more — it’s about doing better, one satisfied client at a time.
